B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 30-45 minutes (Monday to Friday And 45-60 Minutes on weekends). The order cut-off time will be 8:45 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Domestic order handling time May vary upon busy hours (Monday to Friday And a little more delay on weekends).
C. Delivery Terms:
We use Our own stuff Delivery drivers to deliver the product.
E. Change of Delivery Address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 5 minutes of placing your order at sales@elsalvadorin.com or Call Us at +1 (347) 599-2090
F. Cancellations:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, We are able to accept a cancellations 5 minutes after you've placed your order or if your order contains only Grocery products you have 20-30 minutes or before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
G. Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the Driver and get in touch with our customer service as soon as possible. If the delivery has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
